Vow Of Silence

12 Years in the making. It all started with a crappy drumset, a junky peavey bass amp, a couple of small crate amps, and a dream to make music. We have always had the philosophy of friends first, musicians second and it has paid off in twelve years of awesome memories! As with all bands starting out you have to suck for a certain period of time before you can really become talented at your craft! A pivotal moment in our history was winning a battle of the bands against 23 other bands at Franks House of Rock when we were still teens allowing us to open for Rock/Pop Sensation Pax 217! That is when we discovered that we could really go for it! Throughout High School, College, and even beyond we have continue to play shows and deliver a positive message to our fans! In College we pulled all the bands resources and built our own recording studio and began recording our first full length album entitled "Diary of a Saint" which has seen a huge amount of success on Itunes, Websales, and Sales at Shows! Several Songs have also been added to local radio stations daily rotations and have had a positive response from listeners! The process of recording this album was grueling! Being perfectionists paid off but it was such a painful process especially for Adam Babbitt who volunteered to learn how to edit and produce this CD! Through Years of Trial and error Adam proved that his determination to produce a professional sounding CD locally came to reality and the first CD was completed in 2007! We all recorded it but Adam Truly is the one who made it come to life! Now that we have toured and shared that CD for several years we are back in the studio working on our second album with Adam at the Helm. This CD will completely redefine the band and what we are capable of as musicians! This CD has ballistic drums, heavy metal riffs, high energy choruses, and will kick you in the butt! The new CD will be released April of 2012 and the title of this CD is "Between the Truth and the Lies." Be prepared to hear Vow of Silence in a completely different way because we are loud and proud on this disc and are preparing to give you the best we are capable of!
