Biographie
Hailing from Wolcott, CT, FORGET TOMORROW is a six-piece post-hardcore band that has been pushing all musical limits, currently accomplishing their goal of having their music travel into the ears of many. Since being established in early 2009, the band has been combining their post-hardcore sound with an orchestrated and melodic feel that has led to their success. With their extremely dedicated and solidified lineup, the band shows no signs of slowing down. The dynamic six-piece, known for an interactive and enthralling live show, has self-released two albums thus far, which are available for sale and stream on all major digital music services. They've also mixed in a few cover songs in the process (Usher’s “DJ Got Us Fallin’ in Love” and Bruno Mars’ “Treasure”), while venturing out on multiple tours of the east coast, thriving in all of the major markets they have hit. FORGET TOMORROW recorded their latest album, “The Lies We Breathe,” at 37 Studios with Matt Dalton (I See Stars, Chiodos, For The Fallen Dreams), and released it in July of 2012. After Dalton produced, engineered, and mixed the record, it was passed along to Cameron Mizell (Sleeping With Sirens, Memphis May Fire, Woe, Is Me) of Chango Studios where it was mastered. In the process, the band became a part of DJQ Artist Management, whose alumni includes bands such as I See Stars, Miss May I, Woe, Is Me, and many more. Staying ahead of the game, the band has already recorded six more highly anticipated tracks that are being fed to many big players in the music industry. For this new material, they went with Andrew Baylis from Life On Repeat for pre-production, and then onward to Taylor Larson (Periphery, I, The Breather, Capture The Crown) at Ocean Recording for final production, mixing, and mastering. The result is a fresher, even more polished style that showcases the entire band’s talents more than ever, retaining their heavy yet extremely catchy sound through their riffing guitars, heart-pounding low ends, and dual vocalists that make you feel their passion in every line. With all of this in place, FORGET TOMORROW is now on the quest for record labels and booking agents.
